Arc South Florida Pooled Trust Services is a Special Needs Trust for persons with disabilities, established pursuant to Federal law, 42 U.S.C. §1396p (d)(4)(C).

The Arc South Florida serves as the non-profit trustee of the Trust. Arc South Florida is proud to bring the Trust to persons with disabilities across South Florida.
